Shipping Policy
Last Revised: 06/04/2026
Where We Ship
We ship only to (a) the 48 contiguous states of the United States of America, plus the District of Columbia (collectively, the “Continental United States”). A shipment to the Continental United States of one or more ebikes or parts or accessories or a combination that totals a minimum of US$100 may qualify for free shipping.
International Shipments
Since we do not ship outside the Continental United States, if you have arranged to ship your Monarc purchase internationally, you are responsible for paying all freight, duties, taxes, and fees associated with its exportation and importation (“International Charges”). We do not provide service or warranty coverage regarding any Monarc Bike located outside the Continental United States. If you have such an ebike and wish to purchase replacement parts from Monarc, you are required to pay for each such part and the International Charges associated with it. If anyone other than Monarc arranges for shipping, we cannot provide ANY shipping information or documentation.
When and How We Ship
Our products are usually shipped by us within 2-10 business days (except when the product being purchased is a Pre-Order, as defined in the Terms of Service) using UPS, FedEx, or USPS. When pre-ordering a product, the estimated date of shipment will be listed under the product title on the Website. If you order an ebike, your battery may ship separately. In this event, you will receive a separate tracking number for your battery. This will help to expedite the overall shipping process.
In some cases, there are delays between the time when a purchaser is sent the shipping confirmation email and the time when the package is scanned in at a carrier facility. The estimated shipping date when tracking the package on the carrier website will not be accurate until the carrier has scanned the package into its system.
APO, FPO, DPO, or PO Addresses
We do not ship to APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office), DPO (Diplomatic Post Office), or PO (Post Office box) addresses. If (a) you have your purchase sent to any of such addresses, (b) it is refused and (c) you wish to cancel your order, a restocking fee of up to $300 may be charged.
Shipping Damage or Loss
All claims for damage that occurred in shipping where Monarc was the shipper must be made in writing or electronically by the purchaser no later than 14 days after receipt of each damaged part or accessory. To start such a claim, please contact Monarc online support at contact@monarcbikes.com. You may be required (a) to provide evidence of purchase and (b), to assist with accurately determining the apparent damage and its extent, send photographic evidence and additional documentation (such as, but not limited to, video). You also may be required to ship at Monarc’s expense each part or accessory in question to Monarc or its designee for inspection and repair or replacement. The failure to provide such evidence, documentation and part or accessory in timely fashion may result in delayed response(s) from Monarc or denial of such claim.
Once you have complied (as determined by Monarc) with the process for a claim for shipment damage and such claim has been (i) entered in Monarc’s system and (ii) approved by Monarc, the Company, as soon as it determines that it is feasible to do so, will ship the relevant repaired or replacement item(s) at Monarc’s cost to the address provided by the purchaser in the Continental United States. Approval of such a claim (A) may be based on preserving customer goodwill or other factors and (B) does not constitute an admission on the part of Monarc.
In no event are we responsible for products that are lost or stolen in transit.
